Dietary supplement Vitamin B9 Folian 5-MTHF is a capsule preparation containing vitamin B9 in the form of metabolically active folic acid – glucosamine salt (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate.

Suggested use

Take 1 capsule daily.

Recommended intake: take one capsule during or after a meal (by 4 p.m. at the latest).
