Description

Myo-Inositol dietary supplement is a powdered preparation containing a selected inositol fraction: myo-inositol. Inositol is a famous lipotropic factor. The highest concentration of inositol occurs in the brain, where it plays an important role: it binds neurotransmitters and some steroid hormones to receptors and affects cognitive skills.

Inositol, although not a vitamin, has many valuable properties similar to those of B vitamins. It is therefore called “vitamin B8”.

Inositol:

  • supports cognitive functions and mental performance,
  • supports memory, attention and concentration,
  • supports learning.

Inositol, occurring in two forms, myo- and chiro-inositol, is sometimes used to support syndromes associated with hyperinsulinemia and hyperandrogonaemia. Myo-inositol is also used to support PCOS supplementation (polycystic ovary syndrome), due to the multitude of publications on the proper functioning of the ovaries.

Suggested use

Take 2 measuring cups provided with the container.

Preferred consumption: dissolved in a teaspoon of water or in a glass of water. It can also be consumed in dry form.

ethylene oxide and 2-chloroethanol,
